Der kører for tiden en sag i Holland, som både de anklagede, og politikere og presse i Vesten forsøger at tie ihjel. Jeg har søgt på forskellige måder, om danske journalister skulle have skrevet om den, men jeg fandt intet.
En lille gruppe privatmennesker har anklaget først og fremmest Bill Gates, Mark Rutte og Albert Bourla (ceo Pfizer) for at have vildlet dem og offentligheden om Covid vaccinerne tilbage under den såkaldte “pandemi.” To af de anklagende er døde i mellemtiden, det vides ikke, om det er på grund af vaccinerne.
Som ekspertvidner er der blandt andet inkaldt Sahsha Latypova (tiligere chef i et medicialfirma), dr. Mike Yeadon, (tidligere vaccinechef, Pfizer), Catherine Austin Fitz (investment banker og tidligere minister i George Bush’ regering)
Det bliver interessant at følge, og at se om det skulle åbne op for mere interesse for de skyldige i alle vaccineramte lande, men det bliver som sagt næppe i den statsstøttede presse, man skal holde sig ajour om det.

The case (District Court of Northern Netherlands / Rechtbank Noord-Nederland in Leeuwarden, case roughly C/17/190788 / HA ZA 23-172) was filed in 2023 by seven Dutch citizens (two of whom later died). Defendants include Bill Gates, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, the Dutch State, other former ministers and officials (e.g., Hugo de Jonge), some public-health figures, and certain journalists/editors.

Plaintiffs say the defendants acted unlawfully by misleading them into getting COVID-19 vaccinations (primarily regarding safety/effectiveness), leading to physical or other harm for which they want compensation. Gates is named in connection with his foundation’s vaccine-related work and public advocacy; Bourla in connection with Pfizer and promotion of the shots; Rutte and other Dutch figures in connection with government pandemic policy and communications.

Plaintiffs’ counsel has framed the vaccines and pandemic response more dramatically—as part of a coordinated project linked to the World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset,” involving deception, and (in court arguments) bioweapon-related language or genocide-level harm. These are allegations advanced by the claimants, not findings by the court.
Status and nature of the proceedings
It is a civil (private) damages claim, not a criminal prosecution or indictment. No criminal charges have been filed against Gates, Rutte, Bourla, or the others by Dutch authorities. Fact-checks and court descriptions emphasize this distinction; social-media claims of “indictment,” forced personal appearance as criminals, or proven guilt are inaccurate.
Jurisdiction over Gates (a non-resident) was contested; the court ruled it has jurisdiction because the claims are connected to those against other defendants (including at least one in the court’s district). Gates was ordered to pay related costs on that incidental point.
A substantive hearing occurred on 22 October 2026. Defendants were represented by lawyers (the named individuals did not appear in person). Judgment is expected no earlier than 9 December 2026 and possibly as late as the end of February 2027.
Mainstream Dutch reporting (e.g., NRC, regional outlets, ANP) describes the case as centered on alleged vaccine injury and misleading information, while noting the strong conspiracy framing used by the plaintiffs’ side. The defendants deny the allegations. No liability has been established; the court has not ruled on the merits of the claims.
